- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods.

- You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date You received the Goods or from the date a third party takes possession of the product.
To exercise this right, You must inform Us clearly by email:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods using the original payment method, with no additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
- The Goods are in original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized Goods
- Perishable or expired Goods
- Unsealed hygiene or health-related Goods
- Goods inseparably mixed after delivery
MSM Classes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Only regular-priced Goods are refundable. Sale items are not refundable unless required by law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk. Goods should be sent to:

We are not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments. Refunds require receipt of returned Goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts
If Goods were marked as a gift, You will receive gift credit once the return is received.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
